Passeggiata per le strade di Genova, tra i colori e i sapori della Liguria
“There are some places that you just fall in love or hate at the first sight. Genova charmed me from the really first moment, exactly when I was on the plane. Have anyone noticed that we just landed on the sea? I was enjoying my first impression of the town from the sky when I realised that the plane was touching the water. I was listening my I-pod traveling list when I just looked at the window and I started to see little waves coming closer and closer and I immediatly felt in connaction with a place which gives such a warm and unique welcome: the sea on the left and the city surrounded by hills on the right. This is my picture of Genova. This is what I will remember always in my mind.”
This are the words that just came out of my mind in a night in my hotel room after a beautiful night out with friends met at TRAVEL BLOGGER ELEVATOR.
Maybe the smiles, the good laughs or just the wine inspire me for the TBE12 Workshop Challenge by Best Western where I won with this little piece which came out as a mix of feelings and great experience.
I decided not to add any words, but just to write thoughts with pictures.
Sometimes you just need to see everything from a different perspective, maybe a little bit unexpected
Qualche volta si ha bisogno di vedere tutto da una prospettiva diversa, forse un po’ inaspettata.
Behind a grey wall, there are always colour. You just need time to discover them.
Dietro una parete grigia ci sono sempre i colori. Hai solo bisogno di tempo per scoprirli.
If you look a train station from an highest point, you will discover a world full of people with different feelings. You will find another one, living your same emotions.
Se guardi una stazione da un punto più alto, ti accrogerai di un mondo pieno di persone con diversi sentimenti. Troverai qualcuno che sta provando le tue stesse emozioni.
“Ci sono posti dei quali puoi innamorati o odiare a prima vista. Genova mi ha stregato dal primo momento, precisamente quando ero in aereo. Qualcuno ha notato che si atterra quasi in acqua? Io mi stavo godendo la mia prima impressione della città dall’alto quando mi sono accorto che l’aereo stava toccando l’acqua. Ascoltavo sul mio I-pod la playlist di viaggio quando, guardando dal finestrino, ho iniziato a vedere piccole onde diventare sempre più vicine ed ho subito sentito un legame con questo posto che mi stava donando un così caldo ed unico benvenuto. Il mare a sinistra e la città circondata da colline a destra. Questa è la mia immagine di Genova e ciò che ricorderò sempre nella mia mente.”
Queste sono parole che mi sono venute in mente di notte, nella mia camera d’albergo dopo aver passato una notte fuori con amici conosciuti al TRAVEL BLOGGER ELEVATOR.
Forse saranno stati i sorrisi, le grasse risate o forse il vino ad inspirarmi per il TBE12 Workshop Challenge indetto da BEST WESTERN che ho vinto con questo piccolo pezzo che è venuto fuori come insieme di emozioni ed esperienze.
